This project focused on transforming an old fire station into a modern office space to house both the Burnsville Police Department and the Public Works Department.

The process began with meeting the Burnsville Police Chief to understand their needs and functional requirements. After several site visits to measure and draft the existing structure, everyone developed their renovation proposal.

The following year, the Police Chief and the head of Public Works selected elements from three designs. The interior design from picture #1 was chosen to be integrated into the design.
